3. 3D Visualisation: You’ll receive a photorealistic 3D design, allowing you to review the design, materials, lighting and finishes before production starts.
4. Approval & Production Planning: Once you’ve approved every detail, we finalise technical drawings and prepare your project for fabrication, ensuring a smooth transition into manufacturing with no last-minute surprises.

Fabrication, Delivery and Installation Support

This is where most vendors fall short, and where Insta Group’s end-to-end execution services get their reputation from.

Our in-house manufacturing units handle fabrication using approved materials and finishes, so what you saw in the 3D render is what arrives on-site. Our logistics team coordinates transport to the venue around exhibition hall access windows, and our installation crews manage the full event booth set-up ahead of the show.

Installation crews assemble the stand well in advance, and once the show wraps up, our team handles dismantling, storage or even disposal, so your team isn’t left managing teardown logistics on top of everything else. On-ground support remains right by your side throughout the event, covering everything from last-minute repairs to layout adjustments.
